Charter Terms
Plain-English summary. The signed service agreement governs; ask us about anything unclear before you sign — we'd rather explain now than surprise you later.
- 1
Engagement: $5,000/month, 12-month charter term beginning at launch, month-to-month after. Nothing is billed during the build — your first payment happens the day your site goes live. Autopay required.
- 2
Onboarding assets: DNS/registrar access, brand assets, completed intake questionnaire. All build timelines and the launch guarantee run from receipt of all three.
- 3
Launch billing: The site is built first and billed never — you pay nothing until it goes live. Target launch within 10 weeks of asset receipt; the first payment and the 12-month term both begin on launch day.
- 4
Attribution guarantee: Every tracked inbound call and form attributed to source each month, or that month's management fee is waived.
- 5
Walk-away guarantee: If the client is not seeing ROI by month 6 after launch, they may exit with the website and brand assets, plus one month of free offboarding support — no buyout, no remaining term owed.
- 6
Usage: AI receptionist + callback engine share a pool of 300 calls or 24 talk-hours/month; call tracking includes 3 numbers and 500 tracked minutes/month. Overage at flat published rates. Hosting subject to fair use.
- 7
Edits: Unlimited standard content edits; new pages, features, or redesigns quoted separately.
- 8
Review Link: Both public-review and private-feedback options are presented to every client simultaneously. No conditional gating.
- 9
Ownership: Website and brand assets transfer to the client upon completion of the 12-month term — or immediately and at no cost if the client exits under the walk-away guarantee. Any other early termination: assets do not transfer and the site is taken down, OR client may buy out the remaining term at 50%, with immediate transfer.
- 10
Communications consent: Website forms include the line "By submitting, you agree to be contacted by phone or text." Outbound callbacks respect configurable quiet hours (default 7am–10pm local).
- 11
Case study: Charter pricing is exchanged for a documented, client-approved case study; client approves all published details.
- 12
Compliance: Client reviews and approves all published marketing content for compliance with their state bar's attorney advertising rules prior to publication.
